Refund and Returns Policy
XPressPillStore is a one stop online pharmacy store for all kind of your medicinal requirements. While we ensure that we deliver you the best of products on the promised time, we need to be prepared for human errors and certain issues may be possible due to transit. We have hence formulated a set of policies for such type of problems for our customers, you can have a look at in case you have any queries regarding refund.
In case the product is damaged or found to be expired or is not delivered in the in the specified time frame, the customer can opt for a full cash refund for the order within 30 days after order received. However, we give you 100% safe, secure and good packaging material with good medications have long expiries.
In case of a wrong delivery or incorrect product customer can ask for the product to be re-shipped. This is also applicable when the product is found damaged. These are rare cases. We promise that our products are the best in class and are packed in a secured way.
In case of delayed delivery or issues or complaints with the delivered product, the customer needs to place a complaint through email or customer care number and ask for a re-shipment or cash refund. The product has to meet the said requirements for the cash refund or re-shipping. The re-shipping happens without any additional cost levied on the customer. On account of delays in delivery or return of product due to wrong or inaccurate billing address, the order will be re-shipped as per request and modified address details.
XPressPillStore needs 30 business days from the day when the order was shipped. Once after 30 days, in case if you have not received your order due to any unclear reason, or if you received any message from international post that your order was on hold in facilities or returned to the sender due to wrong address, please do contact us immediately and we are to help you on your request instantly.
